# ClickBook

> ClickBook is an operating system built for photographers and their teams. It brings leads, proposals, contracts, payment plans, invoices, shoots, crew, the editing queue, social posts and finance into one dashboard, on web, iOS and Android. It is in private beta.

ClickBook is made for working photographers who run a business: solo shooters and studios with associates, second shooters, editors and a studio manager. It works for weddings and events, portrait and newborn, commercial and brand, and real estate photography, in any currency and with sales tax, VAT or GST.

## What it does

- Leads: inquiries from Google Ads, Meta ads, a website form, Instagram, email and referrals land in one list with date, venue and budget, an owner, and a tracked reply time.
- Proposals: clients choose a package and add-ons, pick a payment plan and sign on their phone. One private link holds the proposal, contract and invoices; clients need no account.
- Payment plans: retainers, instalments, 50/50, net-30 or pay on delivery, with due dates that follow the event date. Invoices are sent from ClickBook and payments are recorded as they arrive (bank transfer, card, cash, UPI).
- Projects: a won deal becomes a client and a project in one step, with crew, call sheets and deliverable deadlines.
- Edit queue: every gallery moves through four steps (editing, studio review, client review, delivered) with versions, comments and approvals.
- Team: roles for owners, admins and members. Editors and freelancers only see their own work, never prices or income. A team-only inbox keeps job conversations in one place.
- Finance: collected, outstanding and overdue amounts, and profit per job after crew and costs.
- Posts: plan social posts, comment on drafts and approve them before they go out.
